The first step: preparation of various raw materials applications
Gabion is packaged in transit, so when it is transported to the construction site, several cages are packaged into a large package. Cut off the wire and take out the required independent products for installation. When the product is shipped, it is usually equipped with a wire. You need to cut and fix according to the actual use.

In particular, the product needs to be pointed out because the product is packaged and transported, and the volume is compressed by the press when packing. The whole package is relatively tight, so when the wire is cut, the big bag will spread out at once. Be sure to pay attention to personnel safety when opening.
Gabion-filled stone should be hard, durable and not brittle. The size of the stone should be between 250mm and 75mm, which is commonly known as the 4-6 inch stone. Specifications can refer to the following figure:

Before the Gabion is installed in the ground, we should handle the foundation and the foundation should be smooth and dry. The foundation of the wall should be at an angle of 1-10 degrees with the horizontal line of the ground to prevent the product from sliding after installation and to ensure the stability of the wall, at least 300mm, which must be at the forefront of the wall. After the Gabion is installed, the slope of the back slope should also be maintained at a safe angle to ensure the slope is stable.

Step 2: Gabion assembly and loading of stone
1. Open the cage on a flat surface and level it. Note: Wear protective gear such as goggles and gloves during construction.

2. Stand up each side and combine them into a cage. Each surface of the cage has a thicker edge wire that is screwed together at the corners of the mesh. These twisted edge wires coincide at the corners and the tie wires.

3. Each surface is tied together. Use a wire that is about 1 meter long, first bind it to one end, then pass through the mesh every 100 millimeters, and alternately entangle the two adjacent side wires in a single circle and double circles. In order to ensure the tight connection between the mesh surfaces, it is necessary to use force and tension when winding.

Note: If there are spacers inside the cage, ligature the spacers as described above.
4. If the same size Gabion box needs to be connected side by side (composed of the Gebin retaining wall), connect the first end to the second front end, and so on. Place a simple wooden "H" on the inside of the last cage, and stretch on the other side to make it tight until all the cages are stretched and tight. .
