Electronic galvanized wire products are more environmentally friendly than hot galvanized wire products. Its environmental protection is mainly reflected in the following aspects, and then we will briefly introduce it to you.

Electronic galvanized wire contains no heavy metals such as Ph, Cr and Hg. Electronic galvanized wire belongs to thick film type materials and has good thixotropic properties. After sufficient agitation, it can be applied with little or no diluent.

Electronic galvanized wire has been tested and proven: most cold-zinc-plated solvents and diluents contain no toxic organic solvents such as toluene, ketones and halogenated hydrocarbons.

Electronic galvanized wire is a good material to replace hot galvanized wire and arc (hot) zinc-sprayed wire. It is more effective in reducing three wastes, reducing energy consumption and improving the social benefits of environmental protection.

Electronic galvanized wire has a small amount of zinc, only 10~50g/m2, and its corrosion resistance is much worse than that of hot galvanized wire.
